"RALITSA MILK" cheese is available on the market in three types - cow, sheep and goat. It is known for its qualities, both in Bulgaria and abroad.
RALITSA MILK yoghurt is 2%, 3.6% and 8% fat, and eco-friendly packaging is available with sour cream and sour cream.

The production of cheese and cheese is made from premium cow's milk, according to the classical technology. The taste and quality of the products is due to the excellent raw material and years of experience of the technologists and specialists in the enterprise.

- dairy products are made from raw cow's milk without the addition of vegetable fats;
- the production is compliant and complies with the requirements of the current Bulgarian and European legislation;
- the products meet the qualitative indicators and do not contain preservatives;
- quality control at every stage of the production process: delivery of raw cow's milk, processing and export of the product to the consumer

Buldex Ltd. supplies raw cows' milk from farms meeting the Bulgarian and European quality standards under Regulation 853/2004 / EU. Before the raw milk is transported from the farm's refrigerated baths, an initial inspection is carried out, including:
- Checking the storage temperature, which should be in the range 2-6 ° C;
- The milk analyzer checks the fat, the density, the dry non-fat residue, the hydration and the protein;
- Test for antibiotics.
If the conditions are met, raw cow's milk is transported from the farm to the dairy by specialized transport.
